Returns And Refunds Policy

  1. Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email to HELLO@ITSMOONG.COM in with videos of the unboxing of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time (48hrs) in order for us to accept the request.
  2. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. Returns will also not be accepted if you changed you mind on receipt of the product. On receipt of the returned product, Its Moong will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
  3. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you at your cost.
  4. f you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
  5. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.



Cancellations:

Prepaid: You have to mail within 1 hour of placing the order. However if its already dispatched we will be unable to cancel

COD: within 24 hours, unless called for confirmation first

EXCEPTIONS AND RULES:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. We offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you from online store of www.itsmoong.com for same or different sizes of same style only and not for any other item of the same or different value from It's Moong. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  3. Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.
  4. It's Moong shall reject the exchange request in case at the time of collecting the products the delivery partner confirms that the product looks used or damaged, when the exchange request was raised because of size issues.
  5. It's Moong shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on It's Moong if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in It's Moong’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  6. It's Moong will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, It's Moong would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
