What makes us US?
We make soup. They make cornstarch goop and we make soup!
How? Dal Pani!
It's been a part of our palette for ages. It's light. It's healthy. It's even safe for babies. But most importantly, it's thin.
It’s the perfect base for a soup. Soups should be light, nutritious, and flavourful. Soups don’t need to be thick just because your favourite model is. No, they need to be comfy.
Plus, we add in slow roasted herbs, spices, and actual veggies to make it yummy and (even more) healthy. Why? So we can sell it and become super rich! (And maybe because we love dal pani)
